These terms govern access to https://utilitymeadowcore.click and engagements with Meadowcore Buyer Trends Co., Ltd. for buyer trend reporting for packaged beverage markets. By using this site or commissioning work, you accept these terms.

Acceptance

If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. Written statements of work control over these general terms when both exist for a paid engagement.

Services described

Pages describe professional reporting, briefings, walkthroughs, and interview rounds. Descriptions are informational. A binding scope exists only when confirmed in a written brief and fee agreement.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text and original graphics, belongs to Meadowcore Buyer Trends Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed to the commissioning client for internal business use unless the statement of work states otherwise. You may not republish interview transcripts that identify respondents without written consent.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for competing syndication without permission.

Liability

Reports reflect observations and interviews at a point in time. They do not guarantee commercial outcomes such as successful listings or sell-through. To the extent permitted by law, Meadowcore Buyer Trends Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or reliance on published articles. Liability for paid work is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Vietnamese law prohibits limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
